Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Components

01 - 4 cups (about 1 mini) watermelon, rind removed and cubed
02 - 1 cup (2) Persian cucumbers, sliced
03 - 85 grams (3 ounces) feta cheese, cubed

→ Herbs and Seasonings

04 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
06 - Juice of 1 lime
07 - Kosher salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
09 - Olive oil, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Place the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumbers, cubed feta, chopped mint, and chopped basil in a large serving bowl.
02 - Squeeze lime juice over the contents, drizzle with olive oil, and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Gently toss all the ingredients to combine, adjust seasoning as needed, and serve immediately.

01 - For optimal flavor, use ripe, cold watermelon just before assembly.
