01 -
In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk until well combined and no lumps remain. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken to the proper consistency.
02 -
In a separate bowl, whisk the mint pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk until smooth. If you want a more vibrant green color, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir well. Allow this mixture to thicken for about 5 minutes.
03 -
Once both puddings have thickened, begin assembling your pudding cups. Using clear cups or glasses, add a layer of chocolate pudding to the bottom. For cleaner layers, you can use a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off. Add a layer of mint pudding on top of the chocolate. Continue alternating layers until the cups are nearly full, finishing with the mint layer.
04 -
Top each pudding cup with a generous dollop of whipped cream. For a more polished look, use a piping bag fitted with a star tip to create a decorative swirl.
05 -
Sprinkle chocolate shavings, mini chocolate chips, or crushed mint candies over the whipped cream for a festive finishing touch. Refrigerate the pudding cups for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow all the flavors to meld together and the dessert to chill thoroughly.
