01 - 450 g minced turkey (93% lean)
02 - 15 ml mayonnaise
03 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
04 - 5 g kosher salt
05 - 0.5 g ground black pepper
06 - 3 g garlic powder
07 - 3 g onion powder
08 - 3 g smoked paprika
09 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped

10 - 60 ml olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend the minced turkey with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley until evenly mixed.
02 - Dampen hands lightly and shape the mixture into four uniform patties, each approximately 1.25 cm thick.
03 - Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering but not smoking.
04 - Place patties in the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side, ensuring a golden crust forms and the interior is fully cooked.
05 - Transfer cooked patties from the skillet and serve immediately, accompanied by preferred garnishes or sides.
