# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 60 ml honey
03 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
04 - 5 ml finely grated lime zest
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Cilantro Lime Rice

07 - 200 g cooked white or brown rice
08 - 15 g fresh cilantro, chopped
09 - 15 ml lime juice
10 - Salt, to taste

→ Avocado Layer

11 - 2 ripe avocados, thinly sliced
12 - 15 ml lime juice
13 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken onto the hot surface and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for several minutes before slicing.
03 - In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir thoroughly until evenly mixed.
04 - Arrange avocado slices in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper, tossing gently to coat and prevent oxidation.
05 - On each serving plate, layer the cilantro lime rice as a base, top with sliced grilled chicken, then arrange avocado slices on top. Finish with any remaining honey-lime dressing drizzled over the stack.
06 - Serve immediately to enjoy the vibrant flavors and textures at their peak.
