Honey Fig Baked Brie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 wheel brie cheese (8-12 oz).
02 - 1-2 tablespoons honey.
03 - 1-2 tablespoons fig preserves.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves.
05 - Black pepper to taste.
06 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed.
07 - 4-8 slices prosciutto.
08 - 1 egg, beaten.
09 - Coarse sugar for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Place brie on puff pastry sheet. Score top in crosshatch pattern.
03 - Layer fig preserves, honey, thyme, and pepper on brie. Wrap with prosciutto.
04 - Fold pastry corners over brie, sealing edges completely.
05 - Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
06 - Cook 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
