# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach, chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Topping

09 - 75 g feta cheese, crumbled
10 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for 3–4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns, approximately 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Stir in chopped spinach, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking for 3–4 minutes until spinach is wilted and flavors are blended.
04 - Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the mixture, allowing it to gently soften.
05 - Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - A combination of ground beef and lamb adds depth of flavor.
02 - Baby spinach yields a more tender result.
03 - Add a splash of lemon juice before serving for added brightness.
