Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 lb (450g) lean ground turkey
02 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
06 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
11 - Olive oil for cooking

→ Tzatziki Sauce

12 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
13 - 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
14 - 1 clove garlic, minced
15 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
16 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
17 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
18 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, herbs, and seasonings. Form into 16-20 small meatballs.
02 - Choose cooking method: Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, pan-fry 4-5 minutes per side, or air fry at 380°F for 10-12 minutes.
03 - Drain grated cucumber. Mix with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and olive oil. Season to taste.
04 - Refrigerate tzatziki for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
05 - Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce, optionally with pita bread, rice, or salad.
