Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter, cook steak bites 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.

Sauté garlic in same pan. Add broth and scrape up browned bits.

Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened. Return steak to pan.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
