Cucumber Mint Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large English cucumber, sliced
02 - 1/2 cup lime juice, approximately 2.5 limes
03 - 2 tablespoons agave, or substitute maple syrup or honey
04 - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, about 10-12 leaves
05 - 1 small piece of fresh ginger, about 2 inches
06 - 2 cups filtered water

→ To Finish

07 - Club soda, to top off each mocktail

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine cucumber, mint, ginger, agave, and filtered water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Pour the blended mixture into a fine strainer to remove pulp and create a smooth juice. Set aside.
03 - Fill a glass with ice and add thinly sliced cucumber. Pour the strained green juice over the ice, leaving about 1 inch of space. Top with club soda and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use a high-speed blender to fully incorporate the ingredients into the mixture.
02 - A strainer will quickly remove pulp, but a cheese cloth works as an alternative.
03 - Add extra ginger for a more pronounced spicy kick.
