Greek Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
02 - 3 tbsp red wine vinegar.
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
04 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
05 - 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard.
06 - 1/4 tsp sea salt.
07 - Black pepper.
08 - 1 English cucumber.
09 - 1 green bell pepper.
10 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes.
11 - 5 oz feta cheese.
12 - 1/3 cup red onion.
13 - 1/3 cup Kalamata olives.
14 - 1/3 cup fresh mint.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper.
02 - Arrange cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, feta, onions and olives on platter.
03 - Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with oregano and mint leaves.

# Notes:

01 - Use feta in brine.
02 - Add mint just before serving.
03 - Best served fresh.
