Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded.
02 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing.
03 - 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce.
04 - 1 cup shredded lettuce.
05 - 1 cup diced tomatoes.
06 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend).
07 - 4 large flour tortillas.
08 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional).
09 - Olive oil for grilling.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken with ranch dressing, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper.
02 - Layer chicken mix, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocado on tortillas.
03 - Fold sides in and roll tightly from bottom to top.
04 - Cook in oiled skillet 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
05 - Let rest 1 minute, slice in half and serve with extra sauce if desired.
