# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 60 ml mayonnaise
02 - 15 ml honey
03 - 15 ml water
04 - 5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 1.25 g salt

→ Salad

06 - 400 g shredded carrot
07 - 150 g raisins

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, water, lemon juice, and salt until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
02 - Add the shredded carrots and raisins to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
03 - Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
