Strain ricotta through cheesecloth. Mix with powdered sugar, cinnamon and chips.

Beat butter with sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and chips.

Form balls, press centers to make wells. Fill with ricotta mixture.

Chill 30 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 14 minutes. Cool and dust with sugar.
