Brisket Mac and Cheese BBQ (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces pipe rigate pasta or shells
02 - 2 ½ cups whole milk
03 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
04 - 1 cup vegetable broth
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
08 - ½ teaspoon ground mustard
09 - ½ teaspoon turmeric
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
11 - 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
12 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
13 - 2 cups shredded leftover beef brisket
14 - ¼ cup beef broth
15 - ¼ cup barbecue sauce

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and return to the pot.
02 - Pour in milk, heavy cream, and vegetable broth. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
03 - Slowly stir in grated cheeses and mix well until the cheese is melted.
04 - Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, ground mustard, turmeric, and black pepper. Mix well.
05 - Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
06 - Place leftover brisket in a medium pot with beef broth and barbecue sauce. Stir well and let heat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until hot.
07 - Spoon mac and cheese into a bowl, top with brisket, and drizzle with additional barbecue sauce. Serve immediately.
08 - Top with crispy onion strings, if desired.
