Blueberry Pistachio Spring Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad base

01 - 5 ounces spring mix salad greens
02 - 6 ounces chopped butter lettuce

→ Toppings

03 - Candied pecans
04 - 1/2 medium red onion, sliced thin
05 - 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
06 - 1 to 2 small avocados, sliced
07 - 1 cup blueberries
08 - 1/3 cup pomegranate arils
09 - 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese

→ Dressing

10 - Creamy pomegranate dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the spring mix salad greens and butter lettuce together and arrange on a platter or divide among bowls.
02 - Top the salad with candied pistachios, red onion, radish, avocado, blueberries, pomegranate arils, and feta cheese.
03 - Drizzle with the desired amount of pomegranate dressing before serving.
04 - Top with freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
