Berry Banana Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries.
02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries.
03 - 1/2 banana, frozen.
04 - 1 cup almond or oat milk.
05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
06 - Fresh basil or mint leaves (optional).
07 - 1 1/2 cups ice cubes.

# Instructions:

01 - Put all ingredients in blender - berries, banana, milk, sweetener, herbs if using, and ice.
02 - Blend everything until you get a smooth consistency.
03 - Taste and add more milk or sweetener if needed.
04 - For a smoother drink, blend without ice first, strain to remove seeds, then blend again with ice.

01 - Best served immediately.
02 - Can use any type of milk.
03 - Works with frozen or fresh berries.
