Banana Pudding Brownies Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 1 box (110 g) instant banana pudding mix
02 - 480 ml cold milk
03 - 1 package (432 g) yellow cake mix

→ Filling and Topping

04 - 2 medium bananas, thinly sliced
05 - 2 cups (about 140 g) vanilla wafer cookies, roughly chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Generously grease a 23x33 cm baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk instant banana pudding mix with cold milk until fully dissolved and thickened.
03 - Add yellow cake mix to the pudding mixture and stir well until a smooth batter forms.
04 - Gently fold in the sliced bananas using a silicone spatula.
05 - Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle chopped vanilla wafer cookies across the surface.
06 - Transfer dish to the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
