03 - 1 cup (about 20 grams) fresh basil leaves
04 - 60 millilitres balsamic glaze
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, arrange the sliced strawberries and mozzarella.
02 - Scatter the fresh basil leaves evenly over the strawberries and mozzarella.
03 - Drizzle the balsamic glaze uniformly over the assembled ingredients.
04 - Season with salt and black pepper according to preference.
05 - Toss gently to combine all components, ensuring an even coating. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes for enhanced flavour.
