Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits, not flaky layers

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup (243 g) apple pie filling, with apples cut into small pieces
03 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Coating

04 - ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
05 - 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
06 - ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Mix sugar and apple pie spice in a medium bowl. Set aside.
02 - Separate each biscuit into two layers. Press each layer into a 4-inch circle to make 16 circles.
03 - Mix apple pie filling with cinnamon in a small bowl.
04 - Spoon 1 tablespoon filling into center of each circle. Fold sides together, pinch to seal, and roll into balls.
05 - Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place balls 2 inches apart, spray tops. Air fry at 350°F for 8-9 minutes until golden.
06 - Dip each warm ball in melted butter, then roll in apple pie spice-sugar mixture.
