Whipped Pink Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Whipped Topping

01 - ½ cup heavy whipping cream
02 - ¼ cup pink lemonade mix (I used Country Time)

→ For the Lemonade Base

03 - 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix (1 tablespoon per glass)
04 - 1 ½ cups water (¾ cup per glass)
05 - Ice

# Instructions:

01 - Whip together ¼ cup pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream on high until the cream has thickened and stiff peaks begin to form.
02 - Set out two glasses. Add one tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass and add ¾ cup water to each glass. Stir to mix. Add ice until the glass is around 2/3 of the way full.
03 - Top each glass with the pink lemonade whipped cream.
04 - Stir the cream into the lemonade before drinking.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure your heavy cream is cold for the best whipping results.
02 - For a stronger lemonade flavor, you can add more mix to the base, adjusting to taste.
03 - The whipped topping can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for a few hours.
04 - For a festive look, garnish with a lemon slice or fresh berries on top.
05 - This recipe makes two servings but can easily be doubled or tripled for a crowd.
