Warm Caprese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes
02 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil

04 - 1 cup sour cream
05 - 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into chunks
06 - 8 ounces shredded provolone cheese
07 - ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

→ Condiments

08 - 1 Tablespoon olive oil
09 - 2 Tablespoons basil pesto (homemade or store bought)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and adjust oven rack to middle position.
02 - Add 1 cup whole cherry tomatoes to 2 quart baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, add pesto, garlic, and seasonings. Toss to coat. Bake 15 minutes.
03 - Combine sour cream, basil, fresh mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan in a bowl.
04 - Add cheese mixture to roasted tomatoes and toss. Halve remaining tomatoes and arrange on top.
05 - Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted, top is golden, and edges bubble. Add fresh basil before serving.
