In a large bowl, combine the steel cut oats, toasted pecans, maple syrup, chai spice mix, salt, and raisins.

Pour in the milk, cream, vanilla, and melted butter into the dry mixture. Stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and level the top.

Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the porridge mixture.

Place the dish in the center of the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
