Tzatziki Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
03 - 1 cucumber, seeded and finely diced
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
05 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
06 - 1 clove garlic, minced
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
09 - 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Mix in shredded chicken until evenly coated with tzatziki mixture.
03 - Stir in red onion and Kalamata olives if using.
04 - Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
05 - Serve chilled with sides or in wrap or pita bread.

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken
02 - Best if chilled before serving
