Tuna Mayo Rice Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked sushi rice
02 - 150 grams canned tuna
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
04 - 2-3 tablespoons Japanese mayo (Kewpie)
05 - 1-1½ cups shredded roasted seaweed

# Instructions:

01 - To a large bowl, add the sushi rice, sesame oil, mayo, canned tuna, and shredded roasted seaweed. Combine until well mixed.
02 - Press down the mixture and use a spatula to cut it into 8 triangular portions, or estimate equal portions manually.
03 - With clean hands or wearing gloves, roll each portion into a ball shape. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Add more mayo if the mixture appears too dry for easier shaping.
