Tropical Smoothie Fruit Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 240 ml frozen pineapple chunks
02 - 240 ml frozen mango chunks
03 - 1 large frozen banana, cut into chunks

→ Liquid

04 - 15 ml key lime or lime juice
05 - 240 ml coconut milk, refrigerated or canned (full fat or light)

→ Yogurt

06 - 240 ml plain Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Add frozen pineapple, frozen mango, banana chunks, lime juice, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt to a blender. Secure the lid firmly.
02 - Blend all ingredients at high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
03 - Pour into serving glasses and enjoy the smoothie immediately while chilled.

# Notes:

01 - For a thicker texture, use only frozen fruit. If substituting fresh fruit, incorporate up to 240 ml of ice.
02 - Tropical fruits such as papaya, guava, dragon fruit, or passion fruit can replace pineapple or mango for variety.
03 - To prepare vegan or dairy-free, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt.
