Thai Coconut Curry Dumpling Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 20 gyozas or potstickers
02 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
03 - 4 garlic cloves, grated
04 - 1 tsp grated ginger

→ Broth

05 - 4 cups chicken broth
06 - 1 can (14 oz/400 ml) unsweetened coconut milk, full fat
07 - 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
08 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
09 - 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
10 - 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
11 - 1 tsp brown sugar
12 - 2 tbsp lime juice

→ Garnish

13 - chopped chives, for serving
14 - your favorite vegetables (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring salted water to boil. Grate garlic and ginger.
02 - Sauté garlic and ginger in oil. Add all broth ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
03 - Cook gyozas in boiling water according to package directions (about 2-3 minutes).
04 - Divide gyozas between plates, pour hot coconut soup over top. Garnish with chives and optional vegetables.
