Taste of Summer Peach Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, chopped
02 - 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
03 - 1/2 cup almond milk
04 - 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup, optional
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - A handful of ice cubes, if using fresh peaches
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds, optional

# Instructions:

01 - If using fresh peaches, peel and chop them into chunks. Use frozen peaches for a colder smoothie and skip the ice cubes.
02 - Combine peaches, coconut yogurt, almond milk, maple/agave syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes (if fresh peaches are used) into a blender. Add chia seeds or flaxseeds optionally for extra nutrition.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
04 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple or agave syrup, if needed. Blend briefly to combine.
05 - Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for best flavor and texture. Optionally garnish with a peach slice or sprinkle of chia seeds.
