Steak and Rice Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb steak, bite-sized.
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 1 onion, diced.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 cup long-grain rice.
06 - 2 cups beef broth.
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar.
08 - 1 tsp dried thyme.
09 - 1 tsp paprika.
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley.
11 - Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and cook steak pieces until browned. Remove from pan.
02 - Cook onions until soft, add garlic for 1 minute.
03 - Add rice, broth and seasonings. Boil then simmer 15-20 minutes covered.
04 - Return steak to pan, stir in cheese until melted. Top with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Rice should absorb all liquid.
02 - Can add vegetables.
03 - One pan meal.
