Spinach Artichoke Chicken with Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large chicken breasts
02 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
03 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
04 - 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
07 - 1/4 cup olive oil
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While the oven is heating, cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
02 - To the bowl with the chicken, add cottage cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together well until all components are fully combined.
03 - Pour olive oil into a 9×13-inch baking pan to coat the bottom. Then, add the chicken mixture into the pan, spreading it out evenly.
04 - Bake the mixture uncovered in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Ensure that the chicken is cooked through and reaches a safe internal temperature.
05 - Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and serve hot. For an added touch, garnish with additional spinach if desired.
