01 - 12 large eggs
02 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust based on spice preference)

05 - Crispy fried onions (for a crunchy topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for easy peeling.
02 - Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
03 - Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more chili garlic sauce if desired.
04 - Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. For a fancy touch, use a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
05 - Sprinkle smoked paprika over the eggs and top with crispy fried onions. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

01 - You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili garlic sauce to suit your taste.
02 - For best presentation, add the crispy fried onions just before serving to maintain their crunch.
