Spicy Alabama Firecrackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (12 oz) box of crackers - saltine or ritz style
02 - ¾ cup olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
04 - 3 tbsp chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Empty cracker boxes into a large Ziploc bag and cover with the olive oil. Coat the crackers with the oil and sprinkle in the spices.
02 - Seal the bag and turn it over and over until the crackers are all well and evenly coated.
03 - Leave at room temperature in the sealed bag overnight, turning it over every so often.
04 - Serve with a creamy dip if desired. These will keep, sealed at room temperature, for up to a week.
