Shamrock Shake Dessert Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Crust

01 - 1½ cups chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed into crumbs
02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ For the Mint Layer

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar
05 - ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
06 - 4-5 drops green food coloring
07 - 1½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

→ For the Pudding Layer

08 - 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
09 - 1¾ cups cold milk

→ For the Topping

10 - 1½ cups whipped topping
11 - 2-3 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (for garnish)
12 - Green sprinkles or mint candies (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter, mixing until all crumbs are moistened. Press this mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form a solid base. Place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set while preparing the next layer.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and green food coloring, mixing until well combined and no lumps remain. Gently fold in 1½ cups of whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy with an even mint-green color. Spread this layer evenly over the chilled cookie crust.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens to a pudding consistency. Carefully spread the pudding in an even layer over the mint layer. Return the dish to the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow this layer to set slightly.
04 - Once the pudding layer has set, spread the remaining 1½ cups of whipped topping evenly over the top, creating a smooth surface. Sprinkle with the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies for garnish. If desired, add green sprinkles or chopped mint candies for an extra festive touch.
05 - Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow all the layers to set properly and the flavors to meld together. When ready to serve, cut into squares and enjoy chilled.
