Brown sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly. Drain extra grease.

Spray wax paper with cooking spray. Unroll crescent dough and pinch seams together to make solid sheet.

Spread half the cream cheese on dough leaving small border. Top with half the sausage and cheddar.

Roll dough into log using wax paper to help. Wrap tightly in plastic. Repeat for second roll.

Place wrapped logs in fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.

Heat oven to 375°F. Slice logs into 1/2-inch rounds. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden.
