Sausage Cheese Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground sausage.
02 - 2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls.
03 - 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - Cooking spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbly. Drain extra grease.
02 - Spray wax paper with cooking spray. Unroll crescent dough and pinch seams together to make solid sheet.
03 - Spread half the cream cheese on dough leaving small border. Top with half the sausage and cheddar.
04 - Roll dough into log using wax paper to help. Wrap tightly in plastic. Repeat for second roll.
05 - Place wrapped logs in fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
06 - Heat oven to 375°F. Slice logs into 1/2-inch rounds. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Can use crescent roll sheets instead of regular rolls.
02 - Keep dough cold for easier handling.
03 - Space pinwheels 1 inch apart when baking.
