Red Velvet Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups cake flour (360g).
02 - 1 tsp baking soda.
03 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder (10g).
04 - 1/2 tsp salt.
05 - 1/2 cup butter (113g).
06 - 2 cups sugar (400g).
07 - 1 cup oil (240ml).
08 - 4 eggs, separated.
09 - 1 tbsp vanilla.
10 - 1 tsp vinegar.
11 - Red food coloring.
12 - 1 cup buttermilk (240ml).
13 - 16 oz cream cheese.
14 - 3/4 cup butter for frosting.
15 - 5 cups powdered sugar.
16 - 1.5 tsp vanilla for frosting.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.
02 - Beat butter, sugar, oil, yolks and flavorings. Alternate dry ingredients and buttermilk. Whip whites separately and fold in.
03 - Divide between pans, bake 30-32 minutes until done. Cool completely.
04 - Beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, vanilla and salt until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
