Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, food coloring. Fold in dry ingredients.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Pour most brownie batter in pan. Add cheesecake layer. Drop remaining batter and swirl.

Cook 30-35 minutes until center is set. Cool completely then chill before cutting.
