Red Velvet Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
02 - 1 cup sugar.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1 tsp vanilla.
05 - 1 tbsp red food coloring.
06 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
07 - 3/4 cup flour.
08 - 1/4 tsp salt.
09 - 8 oz cream cheese.
10 - 1/4 cup sugar for filling.
11 - 1 egg for filling.
12 - 1/2 tsp vanilla for filling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
02 - Mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, food coloring. Fold in dry ingredients.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
04 - Pour most brownie batter in pan. Add cheesecake layer. Drop remaining batter and swirl.
05 - Cook 30-35 minutes until center is set. Cool completely then chill before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - Can omit food coloring.
02 - Chill for clean cuts.
03 - Keeps 5 days refrigerated.
