# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box red velvet cake mix.
02 - Ingredients called for on cake mix box.
03 - 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
04 - 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature.
05 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 2 cups graham crackers, crushed.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Make cake according to box in two 8-inch pans.
02 - Cool cake completely then crumble into sandy texture. Dry in oven if too moist.
03 - Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in crushed graham crackers and vanilla.
04 - Scoop small balls and roll smooth. Chill 1 hour.
05 - Roll chilled balls in cake crumbs and reshape if needed.
