Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and gradually add flour.

Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick, spread with jam, roll into log. Chill 30 minutes.

Slice log into 1/4 inch rounds, bake 12-15 minutes until golden edges.

Cool completely then drizzle with melted white chocolate.
