Raspberry Swirl Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, soft.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 cup raspberry jam.
06 - 1/4 cup white chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and gradually add flour.
03 - Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick, spread with jam, roll into log. Chill 30 minutes.
04 - Slice log into 1/4 inch rounds, bake 12-15 minutes until golden edges.
05 - Cool completely then drizzle with melted white chocolate.

01 - Use seedless jam for smooth texture.
02 - Roll dough tightly for good swirls.
