Raspberry Chia Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
02 - 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
03 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 cup chia seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Blend raspberries, milk, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
02 - Pour into bowl, add chia seeds and whisk well to combine.
03 - Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to set.
04 - Top with your favorite toppings and serve.

01 - Defrost frozen raspberries first
02 - Best if prepared overnight
