5-Minute Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 2/3 cups white sugar.
02 - 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
03 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter.
04 - 1/2 tsp salt.
05 - 6 oz milk chocolate chips.
06 - 16 large marshmallows.
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 1 cup chopped nuts (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in saucepan. Heat while stirring until boiling.
02 - Stir in chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
03 - Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, vanilla and nuts, stirring until marshmallows melt.
04 - Pour into greased 8-inch pan, smooth top. Cool until firm before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - Stir constantly while cooking.
02 - Nuts are optional.
03 - Cool completely before cutting.
