Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes (Print Version)

01 - Your favorite pancake batter (homemade or mix)
02 - Pineapple rings (1 for each pancake), patted dry
03 - Maraschino cherries (1 for each pancake), patted dry
04 - Butter for cooking
05 - Powdered sugar for dusting
06 - Maple syrup for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
02 - Pour in your pancake batter to form pancakes of desired size.
03 - Let cook a minute or two till sides begin to set up. Gently lay a pineapple ring in the center of each pancake and place a cherry in the center of each ring.
04 - Once the first side is cooked (edges are set and bubbles appear on surface), gently flip and cook the second side until golden brown.
05 - Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and maple syrup.
