Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.

Pour in your pancake batter to form pancakes of desired size.

Let cook a minute or two till sides begin to set up. Gently lay a pineapple ring in the center of each pancake and place a cherry in the center of each ring.

Once the first side is cooked (edges are set and bubbles appear on surface), gently flip and cook the second side until golden brown.

Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and maple syrup.
