02 - 1 cup freshly cut pineapple
03 - 1 small frozen banana
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flax seeds
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
06 - 1 cup filtered water
07 - 4–5 ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender such as a Vitamix, starting on low and working your way up to high until well blended. This should take about 45-60 seconds.

# Notes:

01 - Green smoothies are best served immediately but can be stored in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Fill the container to the top and seal tightly to minimize air exposure.
02 - Ingredient measurements are flexible and can be adjusted to taste. Consider substituting water with your choice of milk (e.g., almond milk or coconut milk) or Greek yogurt for added richness and protein.
