Pineapple Cheesecakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 oz canned pineapple chunks.
02 - 1/4 cup caramel sauce.
03 - 1/2 cup sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
05 - 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 16 oz cream cheese.
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - Mix graham crumbs and butter. Press into muffin cups.
03 - Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
04 - Fill cups 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Top with pineapple.
05 - Bake 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely then drizzle with caramel.
