Whisk flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Grate frozen butter and mix into flour until crumbly.

Combine cream, egg and vanilla. Pour over flour mixture with add-ins and mix until moistened.

Form dough into 8-inch disc on floured surface. Cut into 8 wedges.

Brush with cream, sprinkle with sugar. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

Arrange on lined sheet, bake at 400°F for 18-26 minutes until golden.
