Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 blocks Boursin cheese (5.3 oz each).
02 - 1 tbsp half and half.
03 - 5 oz pepper jelly.
04 - 1 tbsp chives (optional).
05 - Crackers for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Process softened Boursin with half and half until whipped and combined, about 30 seconds.
02 - Spread whipped cheese in serving bowl.
03 - Warm jelly if needed, spread over cheese. Add chives if using.
04 - Enjoy with crackers or pita chips.

# Notes:

01 - Can use different Boursin flavors.
02 - Can sub half cream cheese.
03 - Other jellies work too.
