Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip

# Ingredients:

2 blocks Boursin cheese (5.3 oz each).

1 tbsp half and half.
03 -
5 oz pepper jelly.

1 tbsp chives (optional).

Crackers for serving.
# Instructions:

Process softened Boursin with half and half until whipped and combined, about 30 seconds.

Spread whipped cheese in serving bowl.
03 -
Warm jelly if needed, spread over cheese. Add chives if using.

Enjoy with crackers or pita chips.
