Oven Fried Feta Chili Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Phyllo Rolls

01 - 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
02 - 8 oz feta cheese, cut into small logs
03 - 1/4 cup melted butter

→ Chili Honey

04 - 1/2 cup honey
05 - 1 tablespoon chili flakes
06 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

→ Garnish (Optional)

07 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush again, repeating until you have 4 layers.
03 - Cut the layered phyllo into strips about 3 inches wide. Place a piece of feta at the end of each strip.
04 - Roll the feta up in the phyllo, folding the edges to seal and create a small package. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush the outside of each roll with more melted butter, then bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
06 - While the rolls are baking, warm the honey gently in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the chili flakes and apple cider vinegar.
07 - Once the rolls are done, drizzle them generously with the chili honey and garnish with chopped parsley, if using. Serve warm and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For additional crunch, sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on the rolls before baking.
02 - Substitute chili flakes with smoked paprika for a more mellow spice.
03 - Combine feta with cream cheese for a creamier filling.
