Oreo Balls Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 36 Oreo cookies, crushed.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 12 ounces chocolate (dark or milk), melted.

# Instructions:

01 - Process Oreo cookies in food processor until fine crumbs.
02 - Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well blended.
03 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on lined baking sheet.
04 - Freeze balls for 15-20 minutes until firm.
05 - Dip each chilled ball in melted chocolate and return to baking sheet.
06 - Let chocolate coating set before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use white chocolate for coating.
02 - Keeps in fridge up to one week.
03 - No baking required.
