Orange Loaf Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - 3 eggs
07 - 1 tablespoon orange zest
08 - 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 1/2 cup olive oil (or vegetable/canola oil)

→ Topping

11 - Icing sugar for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.
03 - Combine yogurt, sugar, eggs, orange zest, juice, and vanilla in large bowl. Whisk in oil.
04 - Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Don't overmix.
05 - Pour into pan and bake 50-55 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Cool in pan 20 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Dust with icing sugar when cool.

01 - Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best results
02 - Can use regular plain yogurt instead of Greek
03 - Optional orange glaze can be added
