# Ingredients:

1 cup green olives

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Handful of fresh mint leaves

Handful of fresh parsley

Handful of fresh dill

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves of garlic
# Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a food processor along with the olive oil.

Pulse the mixture, scraping the sides of the food processor bowl as needed, until the desired consistency is achieved.

Transfer the tapenade to a serving dish and enjoy with hummus, crackers, or freshly sliced vegetables like cucumber and carrots.
