Olive Sun Dried Tapenade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup green olives
02 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
03 - Handful of fresh mint leaves
04 - Handful of fresh parsley
05 - Handful of fresh dill
06 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 2 cloves of garlic

# Instructions:

01 - Add all the ingredients to a food processor along with the olive oil.
02 - Pulse the mixture, scraping the sides of the food processor bowl as needed, until the desired consistency is achieved.
03 - Transfer the tapenade to a serving dish and enjoy with hummus, crackers, or freshly sliced vegetables like cucumber and carrots.
