Combine frozen blueberries, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey or maple syrup in a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture becomes completely smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into a loaf pan or deep glass container. Cover securely and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour until firm.

Scoop the sorbet into bowls and garnish with extra blueberries or a sprinkle of lemon zest as desired before serving.
