No Churn Blueberry Lemon Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups frozen blueberries
02 - 120 ml water
03 - 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
04 - Zest of 0.5 lemon
05 - 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Combine frozen blueberries, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey or maple syrup in a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
02 - Pour the blended mixture into a loaf pan or deep glass container. Cover securely and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour until firm.
03 - Scoop the sorbet into bowls and garnish with extra blueberries or a sprinkle of lemon zest as desired before serving.
