# Ingredients:

01 - 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
02 - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
03 - Rub the mustard mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring even coating.
04 - Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
06 - Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
